WingChun is the martial art of intelligent people. The focus is clearly on conflict avoidance by using self-defense – WingChun is designed for absolute effectiveness. Technique, perception and fighting spirit are combined in every action. Focused speed and power are what makes WingChun stand out. The goal is to resolve the fighting situation as quickly as possible. The technical and mental skills learned and practiced in various complex processes and forms enable the development of a healthy self-confidence. WingChun is not a competition. The goal is improvement in every training session. Special units are trained all over the world in WingChun, including the German police in many federal states.

Directly after his high school graduation in 1992 Sifu Alexander Lemuth discovered the martial art WingChun for himself. He soon felt the desire to share it with others and to pass on his skills and knowledge. In 1995, he opened the first Academy of WingChun in Stuttgart. Right from the beginning he attached great importance to intensive supervision, a high standard of training and close contact with his students. This approach inspired many students so much that some took the path of becoming a WingChun teacher and numerous other academies were added.
Treat your training partners and teachers politely and respectfully. Show respect for everyone who practices WingChun.
Pay attention to punctuality, discipline and reliability in training.
Be focused and fully engaged in all exercises. Develop a positive training attitude and practice with enthusiasm.
Trust yourself and all those who trust you.
Do not put yourself in the spotlight. Be guided by the people better than you and don't compare yourself to those whose level of performance you have already reached.
Respect the dignity of every human being. We are all equal.
Acknowledge the achievements of others and celebrate their successes with them.
We want everyone to be able to unfold freely and develop their strengths.
Be courageous. Never give up, even in a seemingly hopeless situation.

To meet the needs of children in the best possible way, we have developed a training program especially for them – Sifu Kids.
Children between 3 and 12 years old are welcome to train with our SifuKids.
When parents and their children practice WingChun together, something amazing happens: a new bond and intimacy to each other is created.
Because both meet at eye level in joint training and play, they find their way back to a very intensive and original bond, which is often lost in everyday stress.
In our academy we regularly offer joint training for parents and children.
